Returns policy

The Cyprus legislation on consumer protection that is tailored to the European (Community) directive provides the right of return / exchange the products within intact 14th day they came into your possession.

The date of receipt is the date you signed the receipt form of products. The return transport costs charged to the buyer except in the case of defective products or non conformity of the delivered goods in connection with the order (in this case the shipping and return costs will be paid by CHRIS N.TSOLAKIS LTD)

The product should be in the initial state, the pack should not be unsealed or are soiled or altered, the product would be suitable for resale.

Torn or destroy boxes (secondary package) of products containing the primary packaging are not accepted for return as what is not suitable for resale, except in cases of defective products.

Returns Terms:

• The return slip must always be included along with the products that you wish to return.
• The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch.
• Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order before sending the product – Cancellation is possible by sending e-mail to info@venus-rose.com or by telephone at +357 25521893.

You have a legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.

Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.

Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products.

If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been dispatched.
